This Privacy Policy explains how HOMESHOPPER AI INC. (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you use:
- the Visualize AImarketing website at visualizeai.pro (the “Website”);
- the Visualize AIweb application at app.visualizeai.pro (the “Web App”); and
- the Visualize AImobile application for iOS and Android (the “Mobile App”),
collectively, the “Service.”
Visualize AI is a service operated by HOMESHOPPER AI INC. All references to “Visualize AI” in this Policy refer to services operated by HOMESHOPPER AI INC. under that brand, regardless of which platform you use to access them.
HOMESHOPPER AI INC. is a corporation incorporated in Canada with its registered office at 9655 49 Ave NW, Edmonton, Alberta T6E 5Z5, Canada. For purposes of applicable data-protection law, we are the data controller (or equivalent) for personal information processed through the Service.

1. Personal Information We Collect
1.1 Account Information
When you create an account using Google Sign-In (provided through Firebase Authentication), we receive your name, email address, Google account identifier, and profile photo (if your Google account provides one).
1.2 User-Uploaded Content (Inputs)
You may upload photographs of rooms or outdoor spaces to receive AI-generated design visualisations. We store these photographs (“Inputs”) in association with your account.
1.3 AI-Generated Content (Outputs)
Images generated by the Service in response to your Inputs (“Outputs”) are stored in association with your account so that you can access them.
1.4 Subscription and Payment Information
- Web App (Stripe): Subscription purchases made through the Web App are processed by Stripe. We receive your subscription status, plan tier, and billing interval. We do not receive or store full card numbers; Stripe handles card details directly.
- Mobile App (RevenueCat and App Stores): In-app purchases made through the iOS App Store or Google Play Store are managed by RevenueCat. We receive your subscription status, plan tier, purchase token, and entitlement information. Payment details are handled entirely by Apple or Google; we do not receive card or payment-method details.
1.5 Usage Information
We collect information about how you interact with the Service, including which features you use, your generation history, selected styles and room types, timestamps, and session information.
1.6 Technical Information
We automatically collect technical data such as your IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device type, screen resolution, and referring URL.
1.7 Communications
If you contact us at hello@visualizeai.pro, we collect your email address and the content of your message.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use personal information for the following purposes:
- Providing the Service— account creation, authentication, image generation, storage of Inputs and Outputs, subscription management, and billing.
- Account security and fraud prevention— detecting and preventing unauthorised access, abuse, and violations of our Terms of Use.
- Service improvement and customer support— analysing usage patterns, diagnosing technical issues, and responding to your enquiries.
- Marketing communications— sending you information about Visualize AI features, updates, and offers. See Section 5 for details on how you can opt out.
- Analytics— understanding how visitors use the Website and how users interact with the Service, in order to improve both. See Section 6 for details.
- Legal compliance— meeting our obligations under applicable law, including tax, record-keeping, and responding to lawful requests.
3. Third-Party Processors
We share personal information with the following third-party service providers, each of which processes data on our behalf for the purposes described:

Each processor operates under its own privacy policy. We encourage you to review them.
4. Legal Bases for Processing
Where applicable data-protection law requires a legal basis (such as the GDPR), we rely on:
- Contract— processing necessary to provide the Service you have signed up for.
- Legitimate interests— improving the Service, preventing fraud, and operating our business, where those interests are not overridden by your rights.
- Consent— marketing communications and non-essential cookies and tracking technologies. You may withdraw consent at any time (see Sections 5 and 6).
- Legal obligation— where we are required to process data to comply with applicable law.
5. Marketing Communications
We may send you marketing emails about Visualize AI. You can opt out at any time by:
- clicking the unsubscribe link included in every commercial email we send; or
- emailing hello@visualizeai.pro with the subject “Unsubscribe.”
We will process your opt-out request promptly. Opting out of marketing emails does not affect transactional communications related to your account or subscription.
We retain your opt-out preference indefinitely to ensure we continue to honour it.
Legacy accounts. Users who created accounts on the Web App at app.visualizeai.pro before the effective date of this Policy accepted an earlier version of our privacy policy that reserved our right to send marketing communications. This Policy supersedes that earlier policy. If you previously opted out of marketing, your preference continues to apply. If you have not previously opted out, you may do so at any time using the methods above.
6. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
6.1 Functional Cookies
The Web App uses functional cookies required for authentication (Firebase Auth session cookies). These are essential for the Service to operate and cannot be disabled.
6.2 Analytics (Website)
The Website uses Plausible Analytics, which is cookieless. Plausible does not use cookies, does not collect personal identifiers, and does not track individuals across websites. Analytics data is aggregated and cannot be used to identify you.
6.3 Advertising Pixels (Website)
The Website uses Meta Pixel and TikTok Pixel for advertising measurement and retargeting. These services set cookies and collect technical data (IP address, browser information, pages visited, conversion events). These services load only after you have given consent to non-essential cookies through our cookie-preference mechanism.
6.4 Managing Your Preferences
You can manage your cookie preferences at any time through the cookie-settings link in the Website footer. You can also control cookies through your browser settings; note that disabling essential cookies may prevent you from using parts of the Service.

8. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the following rights regarding your personal information:
- Access— request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- Rectification— ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
- Deletion— request deletion of your personal information or your account. You can delete your account from within the Service, or by contacting us. Personal information associated with a deleted account is removed from active systems within 30 days of account deletion, subject to the retention periods described in Section 7.
- Data portability— request an export of your personal information in a structured, commonly used format.
- Object to processing— object to processing based on legitimate interests, including direct marketing.
- Withdraw consent— where processing is based on consent, withdraw it at any time (this does not affect processing that occurred before withdrawal).
- Lodge a complaint— file a complaint with the relevant data-protection authority:

To exercise any of these rights, email hello@visualizeai.pro. We will respond within 30 days. We may ask you to verify your identity before fulfilling a request.
9. International Data Transfers
Your personal information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence, including:
- Canada— where HOMESHOPPER AI INC. is based;
- United States— where AWS, Stripe, Firebase, Google Gemini, RevenueCat, and Sentry operate infrastructure.
Where data is transferred outside of jurisdictions that impose transfer restrictions (such as the EU/EEA or UK), we rely on appropriate safeguards including the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses, adequacy decisions (Canada is recognised as adequate by the EU for commercial transfers under PIPEDA), and equivalent mechanisms under UK law.
10. Children’s Privacy
The Service is intended for users aged 18 and older, consistent with our Terms of Use. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a minor, we will delete it promptly. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, please contact us at hello@visualizeai.pro.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, by notice within the Service or by email.
We encourage you to review this Policy periodically. Your continued use of the Service after a change takes effect means you acknowledge the updated Policy.
12. Governing Law
This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable in that Province. Any dispute relating to this Policy is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Alberta, Canada, except where non-waivable consumer rights under the laws of your residence require otherwise.
